The inability to walk independently is not an obstacle to becoming a judoka. With cerebral palsy, it is possible to be part of the judo community, progress as a judoka and achieve many successes. Judo coaches have the greatest responsibility for this, so only as a team can we open the doors of the judo world to people who cannot walk.

A quality, educated, and proactive coach is a pillar of his judoka. Only with such a coach judoka can achieve her/his full potential.

The inclusion should become so complete that we can delete it from the dictionary. Friendship costs nothing, and with judo, it is possible to achieve it in the healthiest possible way.

If we look just at the abilities, we will get a new dimension and an outstanding possibility to include every human in sports. In this case, INCLUSION is a social term which means equal opportunities without discrimination, segregation and integration. It’s essential to make an inclusive environment in every sports club.

Judo is nowadays mostly recognized as a competitive sport. Still, the philosophy of judo allows training for all social and age categories, as it has exceptional sporting, educational, therapeutic, philosophical and social potential.

Judo is excellent for developing inner power and state of mind. Judo allows you to get up after every fall and be mentally and physically stronger. The effects of judo training are helpful in all segments of our lives. We know that Jigoro Kano said, "It is not important to be better than someone else, but to be better than yesterday". Also, the ideal of inclusion is to be the best version of yourself.

In a mixed group, we deliberately and with awareness strengthen happiness and encourage friendship.

We are all part of mutual learning: big and small, old and young, fast and bold, cautious and thoughtful, sociable and quiet, students and teachers.

The key to successful social inclusion in and through judo are the siblings, parents and grandparents, aunts and uncles, volunteers, donors, sponsors and local community.
